Western Australia AR (Avis de Reception – Advice of Delivery) Cards
The definition of postal stationery is now somewhat ‘flexible’, therefore although AR cards were not items for sale to the public for transmission in the post, they were intended for transmission in the post. Calling these items postal stationery will offend some and not cause any bother to others.
Some time ago this incomplete census was done.
